We are excited to bring you a variety of workshops and speakers from all areas of Family and Consumer Sciences. These sessions will leave you inspired and with creative, concrete ideas and information for your classroom. We are also pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for our conference is Kim Bevill. Ms. Bevill is an engaging speaker who will share with us where research meets common sense to support the use of learning with real-life, hands-on projects. This presentation will offer a number of strategies guaranteed to appeal to heterogeneous classrooms: special education, gifted and talented, honors, AP and IB.

Registration will begin Thursday afternoon at 3pm. The keynote session will take place from 5:00pm-6:30pm. Dinner will be on your own that evening. Please do consider registering for our special "Canvas and Cocktails" social event held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Thursday evening. Take a look at the information on the registration form and reserve your spot ASAP! Friday will include a variety of workshop sessions in the morning and afternoon. Included with your registration are a luncheon and awards banquet in the evening, followed by dessert and a vendor exhibition. Saturday morning will feature our CATFACS business meeting and more exciting workshop sessions, ending by noon.
